For hygiene reasons, any jewelry that has been worn or shows signs of use cannot be returned or refunded.

👉 To ensure fast and secure processing, all return requests must be made through the Atelier Corpglam online return form. Requests made by any other means cannot be processed.
Once your request is accepted, we will send you the procedure and the return address.
Acceptance of a return request does not guarantee a refund. The refund is subject to the items being received in good condition.
Any return sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a preparation error or a defective product.
The customer remains responsible for the parcel until it is received by Atelier Corpglam. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Atelier Corpglam cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of the parcel during return transit.
